I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The service was some of the worst I've ever received. Our server was inattentive, communication was poor, and we spent far too much time waiting for basic service. To make matters worse, we were overcharged on our bill. When we brought it to their attention, the issue wasn't handled professionally, and we left feeling like our concerns didn't matter. Paying more than we should have on top of receiving terrible service made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I understand that restaurants can have busy days, but there's no excuse for poor customer service and inaccurate billing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my experience. I still can’t understand why it has this many stars.

Five stars isn’t enough! We had an amazing first-time experience! The food was great! Rene was a total vibe—funny, cheerful, and matched our energy perfectly for a birthday dinner. He made us feel so comfortable, and that happy wave at the end made our entire night. Thank you for a memorable night! Ask for Rene!

Better than Franks restaurant, hands down. This is where you got to go for real Italian food. Authentic food 😋 Dangerously delicious 😋 Service is amazing! Antony Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable on the menu items. Didn't see any Tourists there. All local customers! Attentive service all the way around!

Luciano's Italian Restaurant is a true gem! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food? Absolutely perfect. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with authentic Italian flavors. Our waiter, Valeria S, truly elevated our dining experience. Her attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Thank you, Valeria, for your exceptional service! We had an absolutely excellent experience at Luciano's and can't wait to return. Highly, highly recommended!

This is a difficult one to review. The atmosphere looked great! The food was good, but the plating was very messy and inconsistent. I would expect this from a casual place and think nothing of it. But this place has white table clothes at every table... This is literally the first Italian restaurant I've ever been to that did not serve bread or anything prior to ordering. With the prices for the food, it's not really a big deal. But the overly casual way that the waitress was, if you didn't see the white table clothes, you'd think you were at an Applebee's. The food was definitely good, and the wine was definitely pricier. But just keep in mind, if you're expecting a white table cloth experience, that's all you're getting.
